Claiming is super easy with our new system!
To claim an item when shopping Facebook or Instagram, you’ll state “sold, the size, the color” OR whatever variant is listed in the post.
When commenting on a live, there is one more step!
You’ll also have to comment the ITEM NUMBER as its mentioned in the live.
Once you successfully claim an item, you’ll be invoiced RIGHT AWAY (woohooo!). Your invoice will come through messenger and your e-mail address that you listed.
Every item you want has to be ITS OWN COMMENT. And don’t forget with the new system your claim word is SOLD , no other word will work, and if you mistype it will not pick-up the claim.
You cannot pass by stating “pass.” If you claimed an item you no longer want, please go to your dashboard (abela.commentsold.com ), and remove it from your cart.
There is a little trashcan in the top left of the picture, please only claim if you want the item, do not claim to then analyze your cart and edit it at the end as it’s not fair to other shoppers. We are able to see when you pass, edit, not pay and we will track this closely and remove repeat offenders to keep our Co a fun and fair place to shop.
Waitlist is a super fun way for us to gauge our ordering and reordering of certain styles! When an item sells out prior to being able to successfully claim it, you will get notice that we have that item waitlisted for you. If someone that claims an item doesn’t pay for it and you were next in line, you’ll get a notification that it’s been added to your cart! If enough customers are wait listed, we will also TRY to re-order an item and the system will automatically let you know when it’s back in stock! MOST items will NOT be re-ordered and we cannot answer which ones will be. Please REMOVE ITEMS if you do not want to purchase if we re-order.
We re-order based on the number of people on the waitlist. We will not always re-order, and re-ordering doesn’t guarantee you’ll get the product. Many times the vendor sells out and we don’t have the ability to reorder that specific item.
TIME TO PAY :
Checking out and paying for your invoice is beyond easy! As soon as you claim an item, you will get a Facebook message as well as an email letting you know your item has successfully been claimed. You can add as many items to your cart as you’d like, just remember, you must pay within 1 hour. We will send a reminder email 30 minutes after you claim an item, carts will not however expire from 11pm est to 7am est to be fair for overnight
Once you’re ready to check out, you click the payment link found in your messenger or email! You can checkout using a credit card OR PayPal

CANCELLING ORDERS We cannot cancel an order after you pay. If you choose to want an item cancelled you will have to wait till the package arrives and then follow the returns steps. Cancelling an order after it’s placed is hard due to the fact that we ship out quickly so the process of cancelling is rarely possible.
We do accept sezzle which is a shop now pay later platform, it is offered at checkout, you must checkout via the web and not the app in order to see that payment option listed, the best part NO FEES charged to you , we got your back girl franddddd and cover those fees, we do have a minimum order amount of $39 when using sezzle as a checkout option.
We follow all tax laws and are responsible to collect sales tax on orders in states that we reach Nexus in. If you are in a tax free state then this will not apply to you, if you are in our resident state you will pay sales tax from day one. IF you notice that your invoices all of a sudden state to charge sales tax this is not in our control it is what we are legally obligated to charge once we hit a certain threshold in each state based upon their sales tax laws, we cannot remove tax and again it is not in our control.
